Incident Command is an app that allows the
user add notes, landmarks and icons on goggle map captures by their
smartphones.
In effect a situation map is created and that can be shared bym any means
-e-mail, radio, etc- and even real-time between users.
In effect the app is a simplified, user firendly GIS program.
The app is to be used by law enforcement or emergency management personnel,
but the maker, Table Command LLC, has similar apps
for other services
